RETROFIT JV PARTNER PROFITABILITY

The fish tank and recycling system in grey is able to continues without interference while the new green components of the BONANZA system are fitted to convert the waste fish water to plant fertilizer for the greenhouse and hydroponic closed recycling system.
Picture
FST is seeking existing fish farmers worldwide looking for options to add value to the fish waste water and sludge currently being discharged into the environment.  The process is called a retrofit where the operating fish farm would be fitted out with extra pipes and valves to the BONANZA which converts all your fish waste water into valuable hydroponic plant growing fertilizer, without interference of your existing fish farm operation.

A typical retrofit for an existing fish farm producing 2,200,000 lbs. or 1,000 metric tonnes per year would require some 10 acres of level ground for greenhouse hydroponic structures costing approxiamately $350,000 / acre.  The BONANZA would require about 2 acres close to the fish farm to receive fish waste water and outside of the system green waste to be ground down and feed into the vermiculture composter.  Worm tea is extracted and mixed in with the converted  nitrogen rich liquid fertilizer from the BONANZA  unit itself and move into the hydroponic recycling system to feed the vegetables, algae and plankton as required.

Retrofit estimator programs currently exists, that will help to identify the different options with the various outcomes including profit margins.

Cost of a Retrofit (Investment)

The FST Retrofit Partnership is designed to share costs of this new technology with the first three fish farm operators to establish a based price for the industry.
The raw material costs to retrofit a 2.2 million lbs. / yr fish production farm would be $1.5million dollars for the BONANZA and connecting pipes with $3.5 million for ten (10) acres of greenhouse hydroponic growing system.  All up cost of $5 million dollars to engage this disruptive green technology and pioneer this new opportunity to turn a waste product into cash.
FST will provide training for the Retrofit Partner and various options with FST's half share in the hydroponic produce and ENVIROCULTURE brand.

Buy-out options for the Retrofit Partner will be available to allow FST to showcase a working model.

Return on Retrofit (Equity)

The return of Retrofit Investment into this new technology makes not only cents but real dollars.
The cost to the fish farmer is $ 5 million dollars which the produce buyer could be covered this amount through a purchase order and prepay the purchase order.
The Retrofit of this size would take 6 to 9 months to build with the first vegetable produce on sale two (2) months after construction.
The production of 10 acres would yield 10  million lbs.  of vegetables per year.
At the end of year 2 and with a full years production of vegetables 10 million lbs. x $1.50 = $15 million dollars of gross earnings, less $5 million dollars of operation costs.  This would leave $10 million dollars of net earnings for year 2.

This is a Return on Equity ROE which is Net Earnings/ Investment x 50% = 100% at the end of year 2.
