FISH FEED IS CURRENTLY
IN DEVELOPMENT
FST's strategy on fish and shellfish feeds for its Residential and Commercial Aquafarm systems is to develop our own proprietary blend with growers around the world supplying the bulk raw sources, such as Moringa Olifera, Comfrey, and Spirulina to provide the fish and shellfish feed foundation.
FST brood stock held in our hatchery tanks are fed with natural live food such as algae, plankton, brine shrimp, and seaweeds. In addition to controls over temperature and aeration, this fresh feed naturally induces the brood stock to spawn.
FST systems grows its own natural live feed which duplicates the natural environment of fish the larvae and fingerlings. The strategy of providing live feed for the juvenile fish and shellfish has until now been ignored by fish farm operations and is never done in hatcheries. FST is committed to this plan not only to ensure the successful growth of the fish but to maintain the highest water quality while recycling the water.
The last stage to FST's feed strategy of rearing adult fish and shellfish is to grow natural large quantities of algae, plankton, mussels, and mackerel fish which serves as a percentage of FST feed with balance grown on local fields or imported from FST farms and suppliers.

The following technical paper by the Food and Agriculture Organisation FAO identifies live feed for both fish and shellfish, which is exactly the FST plan of strategy to provide quality larvae and fingerlings from our hatcheries.
Proprietary Fish Feed Blend
